It begins with your free thirty-minute
private evaluation to determine if we have a
fit
You get to meet me and learn more about my coaching methodology and how we will work together.
I will assess your "coachability" and your commitment to succeed.
If we don't have a fit... we're done, and
it costs you nothing. At least you will
have learned a little bit about Executive
Coaching!
If we have a fit - you will receive your
personal Client Notebook filled with the
coaching tools and resources that we will
use in your personal coaching program.
We’ll meet three times each month, the first
three weeks of the month, by phone. Our
sessions will last 45 minutes each. You
will get a break the last week of the
month... which gives you the time you need
to absorb the information, to make the
changes you need to make, and to make
progress steadily toward your goals. I will
guide you through the steps you need to
take... and will also hold you accountable.
Soon, as has been my experience, you will
come to embrace me as your personal success
partner. My clients benefit not only in
their business life... but also in their
personal lives as well... raising their self
concept... and even in building better
relationships.
