Pat Morgan, Smooth Sailing Pat Morgan, is the President of Miami-based Smooth Sailing Executive & Life Coaching, a company dedicated to helping leaders achieve excellence and maximize their potential in today’s fast-paced economic environment. 

Through individual and group coaching programs, seminars and workshops Coach Morgan leads busy professionals to become more profitable and productive by capitalizing on their strengths, simplifying the busy-ness of their lives, and taking focused action to create powerful change.

Morgan, MBA & Professional Coach, is certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF), is on the Board of Directors of the Miami Chapter of the ICF, and is a graduate of the Coach U Certified Coach Training Program.

She is the author of “A Year of Smooth Sailing – 12 Strategies for Charting Your Course to a Great Life” and “Smooth Sailing Success,” a publication providing tips and ideas for busy professionals.  She has over 10 years experience in the corporate world helping teams successfully implement systems and manage organizational and cultural change.
